Oyuna erişiminiz yoksa
destek@brasskeel.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin ve şunları yazın:
- Oyuncu kimliğiniz (oyunda Ayarlar ekranının altında görünür) veya oyuncu adınız,
- Hesap Google'a bağlıysa: e-postayı o Google hesabının adresinden gönderin.
Hesabın size ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır.
Neler silinir
- Hesabınız ve giriş bilgileriniz (Google bağlantısı ve e-posta adresi dahil)
- Oyuncu adınız, ilerlemeniz, oyun içi paralarınız, gemileriniz, toplarınız ve eşyalarınız
- Görev, arena, lig ve etkinlik kayıtlarınız, istatistikleriniz
- Sohbet mesajlarınız, engelleme ve şikayet kayıtlarınız
Neler saklanır
- Satın alma kayıtları (Google Play sipariş numarası, ürün, tarih): Vergi ve iade yükümlülükleri nedeniyle yasal süre boyunca (en fazla 10 yıl) saklanır. Adınız veya e-postanız bulunmaz.
- Diğer oyuncuların arena geçmişindeki savaşlar kalır, ancak adınız "Silinmiş oyuncu" olarak görünür.
- Şifrelenmiş sunucu yedeklerinden en geç 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Satın aldığınız içerikler de silinir ve geri verilemez.

From within the game (recommended)
- Open Brasskeel.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete My Account at the bottom and type the confirmation word shown on screen.
Your account is deleted immediately.
If you cannot access the game
Send an email to destek@brasskeel.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include:
- your player ID (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen) or your player name;
- if your account is linked to Google, send the email from that Google account's address.
We may ask for additional information to verify that the account is yours. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in data (including the Google link and email address)
- Your player name, progress, in-game currencies, ships, cannons and items
- Your quest, arena, league and event records and statistics
- Your chat messages, block and report records
What is kept
- Purchase records (Google Play order ID, product, date) for the legally required period for tax and refund obligations (up to 10 years). They contain no name or email.
- Battles in other players' arena history remain, but your name is shown as "Deleted player".
- Encrypted server backups are removed automatically within 30 days.
Deletion cannot be undone. Purchased content is also deleted and cannot be restored.
